Roo Singers

Directed by Sarin Peck, Roo Singers is an introductory non-auditioned group-singing experience serving as preparation for the KCCC performing choirs. Members learn the basics of singing in a choral ensemble through games and activities. We will work on the recognition of pitch and basic musical symbols, exploration of the differences between speaking and singing voices, and concepts of posture, breath control, and diction.  All singers ages 5 - 8 are welcome to join.

Roo Singers meets Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.  Please see the fall 2009 schedule above for rehearsal and performance dates.
