Christina Neil is originally from Jefferson City, Missouri where she began her training at Dancenter under the direction of Karen Boyer. She received her BFA in Ballet with triple emphases: teaching, performance and character Dance in Spring 2005 from the University of Utah. She then received her MFA in ballet in teaching and scholarly researchin 2006. While in Utah she studied under many people including Conrad Ludlow, Attila Ficzere, Barbara Hamblin and Sharee Lane. She also performed in many University shows and toured internationally with the Character Dance Ensemble. Neil moved to New York and danced professionally with Eidolon Ballet in concert and evolve d ance.
She has taught extensively throughout New York and most recently in Salt Lake City, at the University of Utah’s Tanner Dance.
