When the Concert Jazz Band goes out of town on tour, members of Jazz Friends are given the opportunity to go along! Past trips have included the North Texas Jazz Festival and in 2006 to Paris, the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, and the North Sea Jazz Festival in Holland. Jazz Friends have had a wonderful time hearing the band perform and receive the highest accolades, and have the opportunity to get to know the students personally.
