Conservatory Students and Alumni Named Charlotte Street Studio Resident Artists, 2013-14
The Conservatory is pleased to announce that several Conservatory alumni and students have been named as Charlotte Street Foundation Studio Resident Artists, 2013–14.
Kansas City's Charlotte Street Foundation has selected 22 visual artists, 4 writers, and 9 performing artists and ensembles for year-long Charlotte Street Foundation studio residencies, beginning September 2013. Charlotte Street Foundation’s Studio Residency Program provides free studios, rehearsal space, and related support for artists of all disciplines in downtown Kansas City. The 2013–14 residents, selected through a competitive process beginning with an open call for applications, include several artists relocating to Kansas City from the east and west coasts, as well as a number of artists awarded second residency terms.
