Vocal Alum Kelly Neil Promoted to Chair of Music Department in Arkansas
Kelly Neil, (DMA, 2009, vocal performance), who studied with Rebecca Sherburn, has been promoted to chair of the music department at Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas. He has been teaching voice and choral music.
