UMKC Conservatory Student Noah Matthew Siegel Passes Away
The UMKC Conservatory is saddened to announce the death of Noah Matthew Siegel, (BM, piano performance, 2012; Performer’s Certificate, piano performance, 2014) who died from injuries suffered from a fall at the UMKC Rockhill parking structure.
Matt was working as a freelance collaborative pianist with Conservatory students. We offer our condolences to Matt’s family and friends, and to everyone affected by this tragedy.
Conservatory Dean Peter Witte offered, "A gifted pianist and collaborator, Matthew Siegel was a generous artist. As we mourn and reflect, we'll rededicate ourselves to the things he cherished, music, friends, and family."
We will miss him.
