Vocal Alum Scott Conner Debuts at Glyndebourne Festival
May 19, 2014
Scott Conner, (BM, vocal performance, 2008), made his debut at the Glyndebourne Festival, East Sussex, UK, May 18, 2014, in Strauss's Der Rosenkavalier and May 19, 2014 in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin.
Scott began his career in the UMKC opera chorus of Manon when he was still in high school. The opera director was so impressed with Scott (and his French diction) that he pulled Scott out of the chorus and gave him a small role as the priest.
Scott is signed with Fletcher Artist Management, New York, NY. He is also a 2012 graduate of Philadelphia's Academy of Vocal Arts.
