88 Keys! Help us Purchase a Steinway

88keysweb.jpg

Purchase a piano key and you’ll help the Conservatory acquire a new Steinway “D” Concert Grand!

You can pay tribute to the rich legacy of the Conservatory Keyboard Studies program with your purchase of one or more of the 88 keys on a Steinway piano. Proceeds will go toward a new Steinway concert grand piano dedicated to the memory of Professor Emeritus Richard Cass, who passed away last year.

How It Works:

Each of the 88 keys on a piano keyboard is assigned a dollar value ranging from $100 to a top price of $2,500 for Middle C. Donors can purchase one or more keys – even an entire octave. Or, groups can join together to make a purchase.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 through this fundraiser. Your purchase is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Best of all, the first $10,000 raised through 88 Keys will be matched. That means, if you purchase a $200 key, your gift is doubled.

And yes, you’ll receive the actual Steinway key that you purchase!
