New students begin in the Fall Semester for most Conservatory programs. If you would like to inquire about starting in the Spring Semester, please contact Conservatory Admissions.

• Graduate Percussion Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer's Certificate and Artist's Certificate)
• Graduate Saxophone Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer’s Certificate and Artist’s Certificate)
• Graduate Trumpet Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer's Certifcate and Artist's Certificate)
• Doctoral-level Piano Performance (Doctor of Musical Arts and Artist’s Certificate)
• Music Composition (Bachelor of Music, Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts)

Please apply using the UMKC online application.

If you have already applied through the Common Application, we will send an email with instructions on how to complete the additional requirements in the UMKC application portal.
