Jordan Davis serves as the Senior Manager of Admissions for the UMKC Conservatory. In this role, he works closely with UMKC Conservatory faculty overseeing audition days, student visits, large ensemble audition planning, Conservatory social media accounts, and the admissions and scholarship process.
Jordan has served in admissions roles for both UMKC’s College of Arts and Sciences and Office of Admissions prior to joining the Conservatory. He holds a B.A. in Sociology and History from UMKC, during which time he was heavily involved in UMKC’s Conservatory Choirs, as well as an M.A. in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
When he is not working with prospective students, Jordan loves remaining involved with the Kansas City artistic community, participating in UMKC’s Choral Union and taking adult ballet classes at the KC Ballet School. Additionally, he loves to read and write, and is passionate about the Eurovision Song Contest.
