Tamara Morris, director of advancement, has been director of marketing for Goodwill and Planned Parenthood, served as executive director of the Women’s Political Caucus and for many years owned a marketing and strategic communications firm. She was also a development officer at the Kansas City Ballet and is a graduate of the Bloch School’s master's of public administration program. She is an east coast transplant, but Kansas City has been her home for more than 20 years. She is married to a Kansas City Star reporter and has one son.
