The Conservatory is pleased to note that Conservatory dance students Maria Hall and Cameron Miller perform A Boy and A Girl, choreography by new Conservatory faculty member David Justin, to music composed by Eric Whitacre for Dance in the Park, 2017. The UMKC Conservatory Singers, conducted by Dr. Robert Bode, accompany the performance.
Dance in the Park, 2017 is Sat. September 9, 6:30 p.m., Roanoke Park, 3601 Roanoke Rd., KCMO.
The annual outdoor dance concert in partnership with City in Motion Dance Theater takes place in Roanoke Park the first Saturday after Labor Day.
