The Conservatory is pleased to note that masters percussion student Derek Frank, who studies with Nick Petrella, was selected to participate in the New Music on the Point summer festival in Vermont. There he will collaborate with student and faculty composers and perform contemporary solo and chamber music. Composers and performers participating in this year’s festival include Amy Williams, George Lewis, Jan Williams, Jack Quartet, and Room Full of Teeth.
