The UMKC Conservatory is pleased to note that Kristin Shafel (BM Composition, 2005; MM Composition, 2008) has been appointed as Ensemble Coordinator at University of Wisconsin-Madison Mead Witter School of Music. Kristin was the former Communications Coordinator at the UMKC Conservatory for six years and for the past two years she has lived in Singapore as a freelance artist.
