Conservatory Welcomes Owen Belcher

The Conservatory is pleased to welcome Dr. Owen Belcher as Assistant Professor of Music Theory, starting Fall, 2019. Dr. Belcher brings a wealth of diverse research and teaching interests to the Conservatory, and will fill important needs in teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in music theory. He has presented papers on these topics at national conferences, and has publications in process.
