Composition alum Ted King-Smith (DMA, composition, 2017) has won the Professional Wind Band/Wind Ensemble division of the American Prize for his work Betwen Glimpses of Blue. The piece was premiered by the Conservatory Wind Ensemble, conducted by Joseph Parisi. This piece was Ted's dissertation.
