David Thurmaier's Recent Publications and Presentations
David Thurmaier, Chair of the Music Studies Division and Associate Professor of Music Theory, presented a paper entitled “(In) The Cage: Clarifying Rhythm and Meter in an Ives Song” at the annual meeting of the Society for American Music, March 24, 2019 in New Orleans, LA. He also presents a paper called “The Collaborative and Collegial Relationship between Bob Dylan and George Harrison, 1968–70” at The World of Bob Dylan International Symposium, May 30, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
