The UMKC Conservatory is pleased to note that Lacie Eades, a current MM in Musicology student, has received a UMKC Women’s Council grant (for which she was also a merit recipient) as well as the School of Graduate Studies Research Grant to fund her trip to London, summer 2020. This is in support of her thesis on cosmopolitanism and the reception of Giovanni Rovetta’s music across Europe in the seventeenth century.
