Third year composition DMA student Yunfei Li's clarinet solo piece, Hot Pot Suite was selected for performance at the New Music on the Bayou Festival, which came with a $1000 travel scholarship to attend the festival in Monroe, LA, June 1–4, 2022.
Additionally, Yunfei is composing a new piece for string quartet for the Seal Bay Festival July 7–14, 2022 in Vinalhaven. ME. The piece will be performed by the Cassatt String Quartet during the festival.
