UMKC Conservatory in Top 25 of World's Drama Schools
On June 19, 2021 The Hollywood Reporter posted "The World's 25 Best Drama Schools", which included the UMKC Conservatory's theatre division. The list included The Juilliard School, Yale, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and more. The article noted that the MFA in acting is one of the strongest in the Midwest and mentioned UMKC alum and Chicago Med actor Nick Gehlfuss.
