- Graduate Percussion Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer's Certificate, and Artist's Certificate)
- Graduate Saxophone Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer’s Certificate, and Artist’s Certificate)
- Graduate Trumpet Performance (Master of Music, Doctor of Musical Arts, Performer's Certifcate, and Artist's Certificate)
- Doctoral-level Piano Performance (Doctor of Musical Arts and Artist’s Certificate)
- Music Composition (Bachelor of Music, Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts)
New students begin in the Fall semester for most Conservatory programs. If you would like to inquire about starting in the Spring semester, please contact Conservatory Admissions.

We offer a variety of ways to learn more about the Conservatory.
- Roo + Conservatory Visits: Roo + Conservatory Visits consist of an UMKC Overview with an Admissions Counselor, a walking tour of campus with an Ambassador, a general group overview of the Conservatory where you can ask academic program questions, and an optional ensemble visit. - Personalized Visits: Simply fill out the linked form to begin the process of scheduling a personalized visit the the UMKC Conservatory.
- Discover UMKC Week: An entire week of activities and info sessions to dive deeper into what it means to be a Roo! Conservatory will present a Q&A session as part of the week.
